Important Shipping information
Shipping days and process
Here’s what to expect after placing your order.
Shipping days
To keep your order from sitting in a courier warehouse over the weekend, we ship early in the week:
* Within BC: Monday to Wednesday
* Rest of Canada: Monday & Tuesday only
Most orders arrive within 5 business days. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next shipping day.
Our process
Most orders ship on our next regular shipping day, since we usually have product in stock. If you order outside your shipping days (say, a Wednesday from outside BC), your order simply ships the following Monday. No extra processing time added.
Once in a while an order needs fresh production. In that case, your order ships within 3 to 5 business days total, and sooner if you order on a regular shipping day.
