We ship our products fast and fresh via express routes, but because we use 100% real food with zero artificial stabilizers or chemical preservatives, shipping temperatures will naturally affect their texture.

Vitamin C & Fibre Bites: Made purely with organic whole dates and nut butters, making them naturally soft, chewy, and juicy.

Don't worry! If they arrive a little soft or out of shape, this is completely normal. It is living proof that you are eating pure, clean food exactly as nature intended.

How to Enjoy Them (Your Choice!)

Straight from the Pack: If you love them soft and buttery sheen texture, dive right in! They are absolutely perfect for anyone who likes a warm, soft-baked texture.

The Chill Method: If you prefer a firmer, more solid bite, simply place the pack in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes before eating.

Storage & Shelf Life

Room Temperature: Enjoy within 4 days of delivery if kept on the counter (as they spend 2 to 3 days in transit and are good for a maximum of 7 days total at room temperature).

For Optimal Freshness: We highly recommend unpacking your box and placing the bites straight into the refrigerator, where they will stay perfectly fresh for up to 8 weeks.

Every pack comes stamped with its own Best Before date, and a handy storage guide card is included in every shipping box for your reference!

Because we use natural honey in our Omega Bite—and craft all of our varieties in the same facility—we safely recommend our bites for children one year and older. One to two bites a day makes the perfect, nutrient-dense snack for growing kids!

Freshly Made to Order

We don't let our snacks sit on warehouse shelves. To ensure you receive the absolute highest quality, we prepare our bites in fresh batches. Because of this custom process, please allow a couple of days for us to hand-craft and process your order before it ships out. You will receive a tracking email the exact moment your fresh batch is on its way!
